This half-day course will help all companies deal with the new Hazardous Waste Regulations. You will discover the objectives of the Regulations and how they work in practice. Specifically, you will be instructed on accurate classification of your Hazardous Waste, completing the new consignment notes, ensuring that you maintain compliance and identifying potential cost savings from better practice.

Understanding how to use the European Waste Catalogue to identify waste types will help you to become proficient in hazardous waste management within your organisation and comply with new requirements for site registration with the Environment Agency. Advice on monitoring and recording of hazardous waste enables your organisation to accurately describe any hazardous waste being produced and collected from your site.

Having an insight into the drivers behind this growing area of legislation will also help you to reduce your waste quantity and costs.
