Since we last wrote, the price of oil has approached $120 per barrel, the spotlight has picked on the debatable environmental benefits of bio-fuels and we have seen apocalyptic EU and UN forecasts on the political fallout of an impending Third World food crisis. Things are moving a lot faster than we find culturally convenient. Expect more of the same. To the optimist change offers opportunities but we are all involved one way or another. |
